Aziz Juraev, Esq. Counselor and Attorney at Law, is a legal practitioner licensed in the States of New York and New Jersey. With considerable amount of experience in the fields of criminal law, real estate, family law and others, Aziz devotes most of his practice to immigration matters.
Aziz was born in Tajikistan and immigrated to the United States in 2007. Additionally, he received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Minnesota in 2015 and Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati in 2012 with high honors.
Since 2013, Aziz has been actively practicing law in New York and New Jersey. He worked on criminal cases, civil trials, real estate transactions and contractual matters. However, he especially dedicated most of his time helping clients with immigration issues. As a result, he helped hundreds of people to obtain green cards, citizenship and other forms of immigration benefits available in the United States. Most importantly, he has represented clients from all over the world including South America, Central Asia, China, Russia and Ukraine.
Aziz has worked for various legal companies including non-profit organizations such as New York’s Human Rights First as well as for for-profit law firms such as Mayzel Law Group of Springfield, New Jersey and Alexandre Law Firm of Queens, New York.
Aziz is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) also. He has native fluency in several languages, particularly in Russian and Farsi and speaks Spanish.
